Generative AI
Language models that generate text, code, or images from a prompt. Examples: ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini.
Prompt engineering
The art of writing clear instructions for AI, with context, objective, and constraints. At Pirbrain, we call it the Perfect Prompt Formula.
Before/After Method
A framework that compares a generic prompt (Before) with a structured prompt (After) to show the difference in response quality.

The 6 pillars of a useful prompt: identity, mission, context, knowledge, instructions, and constraints.
Preventive maintenance
Part replacement or inspection at fixed intervals (km or time) to prevent breakdowns. Historical data, no prediction.
Predictive maintenance
Replacement based on the real behavior of the vehicle: risk score, failure history, and wear indicators. Anticipates breakdowns.
Commercial budget
A document detailing products, quantities, prices, deadlines, and sales conditions. At Pirbrain, we organize the budget funnel.
Budget funnel
A workflow that tracks each budget from opening to approval or loss, with loss reasons and response time.
Pricing
The process of defining the selling price considering cost, margin, competition, and customer perceived value.
Costing
A method of calculating the cost of production or operation. In the industrial context, it's the basis for consistent pricing.
Dashboard
A visual panel with indicators (KPIs) automatically updated. Replaces scattered spreadsheets with a single view.
XLSX
Spreadsheet file format (Excel). At Pirbrain, we use XLSX as data input for extraction and normalization.
JSON-LD
Structured data format that helps search engines understand page content. Used throughout the site for SEO.
Hreflang
HTML attribute indicating the language version of a page. Allows Google to show the right page for each user.
Canonical
Tag indicating the preferred URL of a page, avoiding duplicate content in search engines.
SEO
Search Engine Optimization. Actions that make a website appear in organic search results for terms people are already searching for.
GEO
Generative Engine Optimization. Makes a business cited in AI-generated responses from tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity when someone asks about the segment.
Digital presence
The set of signals that allow a business to be discovered, understood, and chosen by people already looking for what it offers.
Conversion
The moment a visitor becomes a lead or customer. On a website, it can be a form submission, WhatsApp click, phone call, or purchase.
Analytics
Measurement of website data: where visitors come from, what they do, and where they leave. Google Analytics and Search Console are the most common tools.
Tracking
Monitoring of events on a website: clicks, form submissions, page views. Tracking feeds analytics and allows conversion measurement.
CTR
Click-Through Rate. Percentage of people who click a search result after seeing it. A low CTR indicates the title or description is not attractive.
Local SEO
Set of actions that make a business appear in searches by nearby people. Includes Google Business Profile, region-specific pages, and reviews.
Current website vs new
Decision between improving the existing website (SEO, GEO, content, conversion) or rebuilding from scratch (technology, architecture, identity).
