From beginner to pro
The gap between someone who uses AI like a better Google and someone who uses it as a real working tool isn't talent. It's 4 weeks — and you can start week one today, in 10 minutes.
Week 1: master the single prompt
Before thinking about systems, learn to write ONE good prompt. Use the Perfect Prompt Formula: identity, mission, and context.
Goal: every AI conversation starts with at least those 3 pillars.
Week 2: create reusable templates
Identify the 3 types of tasks you do most: emails, reports, presentations. For each one, create a template and save it.
Goal: never start a prompt from scratch — always begin from a template.
Week 3: build a multi-prompt flow
Use the Ladder Rule: break large tasks into small prompts. Start with 3 prompts in sequence, each building on the previous one.
Goal: complete a complex task with zero rework.
Week 4: automate with fixed context
Create a document with your "permanent context": who you are, your product, your market. Paste it at the start of every new conversation.
Goal: the AI knows who you are without you having to repeat yourself.
What comes next
After these 4 weeks, you move from "testing mode" to "tool mode." The next step is exploring multi-agent workflows for even more complex tasks.
